Applying early – why it's important
Applying early allows time to ensure your application is complete and all documentation is received. And, some limited enrolment programs may offer early seats to qualified applicants. Programs only accept applications until they are filled. So don't wait – apply now!
We are currently accepting transcripts by mail and directly from the Ministry of Education, secondary schools and and other post-secondary institutions.Ìý To ensure the most efficient delivery of your transcript to ÇïϼÂ×Àí, we recommend applicants order an official transcript to be send directly to ÇïϼÂ×Àí as soon as you apply to ÇïϼÂ×Àí.
What is the first day you can apply?
You can generally apply up to 11 months in advance for a given semester on the first business day of the first month.Ìý

Current Grade 12 applicants can begin applying in October for the Fall or February for Winter semesters following the start of their grade 12 year.Ìý All current High School students must provide an official interim high school transcriptÌýand will be required to submit a final high school transcript by the end of July of their graduating year.

When do applications close?
Limited Enrolment programs applications close throughout the year.Ìý Check to see if your program choice is still accepting applications.
Open Enrolment applicationsÌýclose online at 4:00pm the Friday before the start of eachÌýsemester.Ìý
Student applying in the last month application are openÌýfor each semester are expected to have all their requirements complete when applying and be able to provide the admission required documentation immediately.Ìý We do not guarantee acceptance if your required documentation is delayed and you may have to reapply for the following semester.
