A list of additional resources to help students in immigrating and settling into Canada.

ϼ’s counsellors provide free, accessible and confidential support to students with a variety of concerns that may be affecting your studies or personal well-being. Through one-to-one or group support sessions and workshops, we’ll work with you to explore what’s happening in your life and help you identify strategies to manage or resolve the challenges you’re facing. Our counsellors will teach you skills to better handle stress and increase resilience, how to cope with sudden personal challenges or just help you feel better.

 connects students with mental health support when they need it. Through this program, all students currently registered in a B.C. post-secondary institution have access to free, confidential counselling and community referral services, conveniently available 24/7 via app, phone and web.

is a multilingual non-profit organization dedicated to addressing issues that affect immigrants and refugees in the course of their settlement and integration into Canadian society.

Free, multilingual programs and services in settlement, language, employment, community engagement and mental health provide them with information, skills and connections for their journey toward success and belonging.

Each month the food bank provides healthy food to around 10,000 individuals and families in need, and 120 Community Agency Partners across Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster and the North Shore. Our mission is to provide healthy food to those in need.
