The ÇïϼÂ×Àí International (DCI) Ambassador Program provides prospective international students opportunities to create meaningfulÌýconnections with the college’s current international studentsÌýand learn more about the DouglasÌýprograms and services fromÌýtheir peers. DCI AmbassadorsÌýact as the college’s representatives to future international students and their families by sharing their stories and providing advice, support andÌýresourcesÌýon the digital UnibuddyÌýplatform and recruitment events. Our Ambassadors will ensure that our prospective international students will never feel lostÌýwhen making a choice about their college journey!

DCI Ambassador program objective

  • Actively engageÌýin conversations with prospective and newly accepted international studentsÌý
  • Provide international prospective students with information and guidance regarding joining ÇïϼÂ×ÀíÌýÌý
  • Help international students get familiarized with ÇïϼÂ×Àí’s student’s life and expectationsÌý
  • Promote a smooth transition into the College via a peer-to-peer support networkÌýÌý
  • Develop intercultural communication and provide opportunities for professional networkingÌý
