Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 is a collection of services that provides you with Microsoft Office applications and email service in the cloud, so you do not need to physically install them on each PC, laptop or mobile device you use. As a ÇïϼÂ×Àí registered student, you have free access to it.

Besides your ÇïϼÂ×Àí email account, you will be able to use applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will also have one terabyte of OneDrive space in the cloud. When do I get Microsoft 365?


Your account is created when you register for your first course. The details (including your ÇïϼÂ×Àí email address) are sent to your personal email — the one informed to the College when you register. If you do not have this email from Douglas, you can either check this information in Blackboard or contact the CEIT Service Desk at 604 527 5330 or servicedesk@douglascollege.ca.

How do I log in?


1. Go to . 2. On the Email field, type your College email address (username@student.douglascollege.ca). NOTE: this email address can also be found in Blackboard. Login to Blackboard -> click on your name in the left navigation menu -> View E-mail address. 3. On the Password field, type the Wi-Fi password ( password. Your password is sent to your personal email when you're registered for at least one course). 4. Click Sign in.
