Client Eligibility:
- Aged 17+听
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Unemployed or underemployed
- Currently living in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley
- Identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour)
- Have a self-disclosed听or听diagnosed disability or chronic health condition
- Are not eligible for Employment Insurance programs and services
- Need help to prepare for, obtain and keep employment or self-employment
