This 12-hour interactive program provides in-depth learning of core coaching competencies and includes multiple opportunities for practice and feedback.

About the Instructor, Karmen Masson, B.A., LL.B., PCC

Karmen is a Professional Certified Coach credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds a LL.B. and B.A. from the University of Alberta and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University (RRU) in 2017. She is a licensed trainer with Coaching Out of the Box, completed the Professional Mentor Coach program at RRU, and is expected to receive an Associate Certificate in Conflict Coaching from the Justice Institute of British Columbia in 2023.

The focus of her work as a coach and facilitator is helping individuals and teams develop advanced communication, conflict management and leadership skills that will strengthen workplace relationships, achieve meaningful results and make a difference in the lives of others.
