Community members are welcome to join any of the Music Department's ensembles, by audition, and participate alongside the students in the music program and the college at large. Please note that students in credit music programs have registration priority for ÇïϼÂ×Àí ensembles.
Concert Band
This group rehearses and performs intermediate to advanced repertoire in a variety of musical styles. Rehearsals focus on preparing repertoire for public performances. Admission to this band is by audition and is based on available seats. The band is available during the Fall and Winter semesters only (Sept-Dec, Jan-Apr).

Jazz Ensemble
The Jazz ensemble that performs classics from the jazz tradition along with more modern material. Intermediate-level jazz players are welcome. Percussion Ensemble
This class is designed for students enrolled in the Music Diploma program at ÇïϼÂ×Àí. However, if other students have prior ability with percussion, drum set, and keyboard instruments (eg. piano) they may be able to register for this ensemble. Knowledge of snare drum technique and mallet keyboard technique is recommended. Repertoire will include traditional percussion ensemble music as well as music from numerous countries. Admission to this ensemble is by audition and is based on available seats. The band is available during the Fall and Winter semesters only (Sept-Dec, Jan-Apr).
